Siberian structure of Voronezh "EkoNiva" begins construction of the largest cheese factory in Russia for 16 billion rubles

The new parameters of the project were told about by Mr. Durr at a meeting with acting Governor of Novosibirsk region Andrey Travnikov. We will remind that in May last year, the owner of "EkoNiva" Stefan Durr announced plans for the construction of the plant at a meeting in the government of Novosibirsk region. At that time the capacity of the future enterprise was estimated more modest: 600 tons of milk per day (60 tons of cheese per day). The construction of the plant was then was estimated at 6 billion rubles. The project was planned to be completed by the middle of 2019. The construction of treatment facilities was estimated at another 500 million rubles.

In January 2018, the design capacity was increased to 800 tons per day and they started to design, and now the project has grown to 1 thousand tons. It wasn't reported how much the project would increase in price.

It is expected that the construction of the giant plant will take from 2 to 2.5 years. Based on the classic ratio "10 liters of milk – 1 kg of cheese", the plant will produce 100 tons of semi-hard cheese ("Russian" and others) per day. Annual production capacity can reach 35 thousand tons. The plant will be fully provided with its own raw materials – around it there will be three modern dairy complexes for 2.4 thousand, 5 thousand and 6 thousand animals. The first two complexes are already operating, and the third one for 6 thousand animals will be built simultaneously with the plant.

In the GC "EkoNiva" they confirmed information about the completion of design work, as well as that in early May, "the builders are going to the site."

LLC “Sibirskaya Niva” has worked in Novosibirsk region since 2006. The area of farmland of the company is 43.87 thousand hectares. The total number of cattle is 15.8 thousand heads, forage – fed cows – 6.45 thousand head. The company's revenue in 2016 amounted to 1.46 billion rubles, net profit - 193 million rubles.

The GC “EkoNiva” was founded in 2002, it includes two separate holdings - LLC "EkoNiva-APK Holding" (dairy and beef cattle breeding, crop and seed production) and LLC “EkoNivaTechnika-Holding” (supply of imported agricultural machinery, servicing, parts). The company unites 22 farms in Voronezh, Kursk, Novosibirsk and Kaluga regions. In 2016 “EkoNiva” produced 219 million liters of milk. Now the company has 14 modern cattle-breeding complexes. The total area of farmland is 248 thousand hectares. The total number of cattle is 82.1 thousand head, forage-fed cows – 34.6 thousand head. The revenue of LLC "EkoNiva-Chernozemye" in 2016 amounted to 4.4 billion rubles, net profit – 149.8 million rubles.
