Since September 1, 2021, issuing veterinary documents without registration in the "Honest mark" system can be stopped for dairy farmers
According to the draft document (available to the publication), since September 1, 2021, amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2099 of December 15, 2020, approving the rules for labeling dairy products, may come into force.
As follows from the text of the document, when issuing veterinary documents for products subject to mandatory labeling, the applicant's registration in the monitoring information system will be checked. The lack of registration in the system is a reason for refusing to issue veterinary accompanying documents.
We remind that the mandatory labeling of all types of dairy products at all stages is introduced since December 1, 2021. On September 1, mandatory labeling of products with an expiration date of more than 40 days begins.
