Since the beginning of 2020, 8 new dairy complexes have been put into operation in Udmurtia
Housewarming was celebrated in LLC Chura of Glazovsky district of Udmurtia, where a new dairy farm for 512 animals was launched. For the company itself, the launch of this facility was in many ways historic.
For the first time, Chura switched to loose keeping of cows. Everything is provided for the comfort of animals – the height of the building is 11 m, pendulum massage brushes, powerful fans and window curtains, the opening of which can also be adjusted using a computer program. In addition, for the first time, the milking process is fully automated on the farm, thanks to the introduction of modern high – tech equipment. Here the choice was made in favor of the DeLaval Parallel milking parlor with parallel stalls that provide a quick change of animal groups.
As noted by the Director of LLC Chura Elena Egorova, the construction was carried out a little more than 2 years. During this time, 185 million rubles were invested, and it is expected that these investments will pay off in a maximum of 5 years. The new complex already receives a daily increase of 4.5 tons. Moreover, if last year at the same period the sale of milk was 13.2 thousand tons, now - 17.6 thousand tons. The daily milk yield per cow on the farm has reached 25.4 kg, they plan to complete the year with a productivity of more than 9 thousand kg.
Chura is one of the leading dairy farms in Udmurtia. According to the results of work for 2019, it took the second place in the Republican TOP agricultural organizations in terms of productivity of the dairy herd - milk yield per cow reached 9,832 kg (105% by 2018, +495 kg).
"The object is grandiose taking into account that it was built in compliance with all requirements and norms and passed state expertise. Including manure removal system, landscaping of the surrounding area, etc. We do not often build such farms, so it is valuable for us as an example of how this can be done. I hope very much that the company will apply for Federal capex with this object in 2020 and will be able to receive additional subsidies. In addition, this is 25% of the compensation for direct costs incurred. In this case, the Republic will co-Finance. 40 million rubles was already allocated to Chura in 2019 under the regional program "1 million tons of milk", the cost of purchasing expensive dairy equipment was reimbursed,’ - said Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of agriculture and food of the UR Olga Abramova.
