Since the beginning of 2021, the Southern Interregional Department of Rosselkhoznadzor has carried out veterinary control of 300 tons of ice cream produced in Kuban and intended for export, reported in the press service of the department. All batches of the product fully comply with the veterinary and sanitary requirements of the importing countries.
Now, there are four producers of ice cream in Kuban, three of them are certified for export to such countries as Abkhazia, Armenia, Vietnam, Germany, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, the United States and Uzbekistan.
The regional Ministry of agriculture told Kommersant-Kuban that two Kuban companies were engaged in the export of ice cream in 2020. The product was supplied to China, Canada, the United States, Belarus, Israel, Spain, Abkhazia, 16 countries in total.
