Small and medium-sized businesses in the regions, taking into account the situation with coronavirus, can be opened – Onishchenko
"First of all, each region will have its own characteristics (getting out of the self-isolation regime), its own terms, though they will not differ much. We are already starting to do this step by step: we allowed the work of military-industrial complex enterprises, the construction complex, and agriculture. Now we need to open small and medium-sized businesses, depending on the specific situation in a particular district or region of our country", said the Deputy to RIA Novosti.
He noted that the situation in each region is different: it differs in the intensity of the spread of the disease, the number of cases. Onishchenko added that small and medium-sized businesses should be allowed to work in the regions.
"First of all, this should be done for those enterprises that do not assume large contacts associated with a crowd of people, but such businesses as IT-technologies, designers. It is also necessary to open a catering service, but without dining halls, for take-out or home delivery. It is necessary to start working now, and not with "zero" numbers of cases, but with a moderate growth and a moderate number of cases, and so on", he added.
Also, according to the parliamentarian, schools in the regions can work, especially for students of final grades.
