Supervision procedure has been introduced in Agricultural holding Bashmilk

The basis was the recognition of the creditor's claims — PJSC Sberbank of Russia. The register of claims of the third stage includes debt to a credit institution in the amount of 168 million rubles. A member of the Interregional self-regulating organization Sodeystvie (Orel) Dmitry Molin is approved as temporary manager of the debtor. The court intends to hold a meeting on the results of the supervision procedure on January 25, 2021. In addition, it follows from the document that the claim of the Interdistrict Federal tax service of Russia for declaring the agricultural holding bankrupt will be considered on November 9 this year as a claim for inclusion in the register. Initially, the Agency was the first to go to court with a claim to declare the agricultural holding bankrupt.

It also follows from the order that the debt arose under the agreements of 2017-2018 on opening renewable credit lines in the amount of 71.4 million rubles and 96.6 million rubles, including penalties. The same debt appears in the order to introduce debt restructuring procedures in relation to the owner of the group of companies Bashmilk Alexander Nikitin, as previously reported by RBC Ufa. The money was provided to the Durtyulinsky dairy products plant and the Company acted as a guarantor.

The main activity of the debtor is consulting on business and management issues.

The court explains that the initiation of the supervision procedure is aimed at determining the financial and economic condition of the debtor, establishing the possibility of restoring its solvency and getting out of the crisis situation.
