Tatarstan for the first time crossed the threshold for the production of 4 000 tons of milk per day
The Deputy Minister congratulated all livestock breeders of the Republic on this significant event of the national scale, and also noted the districts that have made a significant contribution to this achievement. Among them there are Bolshaya Atnya, Kukmor and Baltasi districts. "They keep the gross daily milk yield at the level of more than 200 tons of milk per day during the year, and will receive Republican grants for the development of agriculture and the construction of new facilities in their areas", Nazip Khazipov pleased the leaders.
According to current operational data, 277 tons of milk per day is produced in Kukmor district, 258 tons of milk - in Baltasi district, and 219 tons of milk - in Bolshaya Atnya district. These districts also have high rates of milk yield per 1 cow, from 22.5 to 27.1 kg.
"Also last week, Aktanysh district joined the districts that produce two hundred tons of milk; it became the fourth district with the production of more than 200 tons of milk per day", said Nazip Khazipov.
It should be noted that dairy cattle breeding is one of the priorities of the agro-industrial complex of Tatarstan and, due to the implementation of measures to support the production and sale of milk in the Republic by the Ministry, positive results are noted. Tatarstan is the leader in terms of production and sales of commercial milk among the subjects of the Russian Federation.
