The Association "Kubanmoloko" submitted proposals to the Commission to counter illegal turnover of industrial products in Krasnodar region
Over the past year, the Association purchased and examined 48 samples of dairy products in accredited laboratories in Krasnodar, which are sold by retail chains of Krasnodar region: JSC "Tander" GM "Magnit", JSC "Perekrestok", LLC "Auchan", LLC "Torgservice 23", IE Abdulgalimova A.E. (ice cream kiosks "Slavitsa"), LLC "SVM Center". The Association spent 243,512-49 rubles on research and purchase of dairy products. Of the total number of purchased samples, nonconformities were detected in 19 samples of dairy products (which is 39.6 %), of which 9 dairy products confirmed the presence of vegetable fats.
The Association notifies the Department of the Rospotrebnadzor for Krasnodar region, the Southern interregional Department of the Rosselkhoznadzor, the Prosecutor's office of Krasnodar region, the Department of consumer sphere and alcohol market regulation of Krasnodar region about the facts of detection of falsified dairy products to prevent its turnover.
The Association of the enterprises of dairy industry “Kubanmoloko” is part of the interdepartmental working group on combating illegal production and turnover of food industry in Krasnodar region under the Commission to counter illegal turnover of industrial products in Krasnodar region, and it submitted proposals to the Commission with a request to organize the work of regulatory bodies, included in structure of the Commission aimed at preventing the delivery of falsified dairy products non-conforming to the requirements of TR CU.
One of the proposals sent by the Association is to make the Commission for combating illegal turnover of industrial products in Krasnodar region to take control of the results of the response of control and supervisory authorities to the Association's appeals, which report the presence of falsified dairy products in the retail chains of Krasnodar region. The Southern interregional office of the Rosselkhoznadzor completely ignores the information sent to them about the presence of falsified products on the trade shelves of the region. However, the dairy processing enterprises that are members of the Association have repeatedly received information that in neighboring regions, the control and supervisory authorities pay special attention to our Kuban products. When they identify violations, information in the media about this is published as widely and publicly as possible. At the same time, we have reasonable doubts about the objectivity of these studies. According to one of these facts in relation to the Federal state budgetary institution “Rostov reference center of the Rosselkhoznadzor”, the Association is preparing an appeal to the court in order to protect Kuban dairy products from information that discredits the business reputation of Kuban producers.
Also, recently, due to the self-isolation of the population, the sphere of food delivery services to the home on the Internet, including dairy products, has been actively gaining momentum. The Association drew attention to the fact that often online platforms (social networks, online stores, etc.) offer depersonalized products at prices below the cost of production. Therefore, members of the Association have reasonable doubts about the naturalness of such products and their compliance with the requirements of the TR CU. It is not clear how the quality of such home-delivered products is regulated today.
In this regard, the Association sent requests to the Rospotrebnadzor for Krasnodar region and the Southern interregional office of the Rosselkhoznadzor with a request to explain how the state control of dairy products delivered to the home via various electronic services is currently carried out, and notified the Supervisory authorities of their readiness to work together in these areas.
