The average price of hard cheeses production on 26 September reached 323359, 2 RUB/t

During the reporting week, the price of hard cheese production in Russia increased by 0.1%, in two weeks the growth rate was 0.6%, since the beginning of year – 4,5%. In the context of the year the average price of hard cheese production in the country increased by 7.6%.

In the Central Federal district according to the research, the average price of hard cheese production amounted to 318 211,2 RUB/t, in the North-Western Federal district - 398 475,8 RUB/t, in the Southern Federal district - 340 740,0 RUB/t, in the North Caucasian Federal district - 280 785,7 RUB/t, in the Volga Federal district - 754,5 318 RUB/t, in the Ural Federal district - 327 500,0 RUB/t, in the Siberian Federal district - 292 031,3 rubles/t.

Earlier, the Ministry of economic development announced that in Russia, the production of cheese and cheese products decreased; a possible reason, according to authorities, could be the saturation of the market.
