The bankruptcy case of the Agricultural Holding Bashmilk is closed
The petition for the termination of the case was submitted to the arbitration from Bankruptcy trustee Dmitry Molin. He called the lack of funds for the costs of the bankruptcy procedure as well as for the payment of remuneration to the arbitration manager as the main reason.
Having studied the results of property inventory, the court was convinced that the only thing that Bashmilk has is the accounts receivable of LLC Sabinsky Dairy Plant in the amount of 8 million rubles. However, the plant itself was declared bankrupt last year by the decision of the Arbitration Court of Tatarstan. The arbitration did not include the debt to the agricultural holding in the register of creditors' claims.
Since the agricultural holding Bashmilk has no funds for legal expenses, and the creditors refused to finance the bankruptcy procedure, the Arbitration Court of Bashkortostan decided to terminate the proceedings in the case.
We remind that in October last year, the agricultural holding Bashmilk introduced a procedure for monitoring the debt to Sberbank of 168 million rubles. In February 2021, the company was declared bankrupt.
Earlier, the bankruptcy procedure was opened in LLC Chekmagushevsky Dairy Plant controlled by Bashmilk, as Pravda VFD wrote.
In addition, the debt restructuring procedure has been initiated against the owner of the agricultural holding, Alexander Nikitin. The reason is also the debt to Sberbank.
A criminal case has been opened against Nikitin on tax evasion, non-payment of wages and fraud.
