The co-owner of the manufacturer "B.Y. Alexandrov" Yuri Izaychik demanded to return 85% of the company.
Izachik is trying to invalidate the donation agreement, by which he transferred 85% of 100% of his share in Rostagrocomplex (the main operating company of the Group of companies Rostagroexport) to the defendants. This follows from the statement of claim, which was reviewed by the Vedomosti. The authenticity was confirmed by a source close to one of the parties to the dispute.
Rostagrocomplex is a part of the Group of companies Rostagroexport, which was founded in 1995 by Boris Alexandrov, Yuri Izachik and Leonid Mikirtumov. The Group unites three manufacturing enterprises in Moscow region, Saratov and Kaliningrad, which produce fermented milk products and glazed cake cheeses. The most famous brand of the company is "B.Y. Alexandrov".
