The cost of raw milk in Tatarstan has increased by almost three rubles

‘Many companies have foreign milking equipment, it is necessary to buy spare parts for it, and they have become more expensive. We import feed from the outside - there is also a certain increase in price,’ added Marat Zyabbarov.
At the same time, he noted that the market purchase price for milk has risen by less than a ruble compared to last year.
‘There are good measures of state support of milk production for agricultural producers and personal subsidiary farms, federal and regional programs,’ said Marat Zyabbarov, noting that 350 million rubles were allocated for personal subsidiary farms with the support of the President of Tatarstan for preservation of dairy livestock.
Earlier we reported that Tatarstan-based LLC RM Agro will increase the milking herd to 7 thousand animals.
In addition, according to Dairy Intelligence Agency (DIA), as of July 4, 2021, the weighted average price of 1 kg of milk in Tatarstan was 24.83 rubles.
