The court imposed supervision at dairy plant of Bashmilk
According to the operative part of the court ruling, the agricultural enterprise has been subject to a supervision procedure until December 7, 2020. Igor Karasev, a member of the Association Self-regulating organization of arbitration managers of the Central Federal district (Kazan), was approved as temporary manager.
The debt of the plant to the lender is 6,772 million rubles. In addition, the debtor will have to reimburse expenses for state duty (56,862 thousand rubles) and representative expenses (40 thousand rubles). Other details are not specified.
The list of companies involved in the case also includes JSC Khimreaktivsnab, Bashkir branch of Sberbank, LLC NADO, Bashkir Interdistrict inspection of the Federal tax service of Russia N30, Agricultural production cooperative Zarya, Rosselkhoznadzor and LLC SAYUS-Sugar.
The "bankruptcy case" of the dairy plant has been going on since February last year. The first application for its insolvency was sent to the court by the tax inspection (due to 28.563 million rubles of arrears on mandatory payments to the budget and state extra-budgetary funds). However, during the trial, the company repaid the main debt to the budget. However, the case was not closed, as other creditors entered the process.
During the trial, the case was repeatedly postponed "at the request of the parties, due to the possibility of out-of-court settlement of the dispute and debt repayment", and the prospect of concluding a settlement agreement was also discussed. However, on August 5, the court decided to introduce a supervision procedure at the enterprise.
According to the analytical system SPARK, the courts are considering 10 cases against Chekmagushevsky dairy plant, the total amount of the defendant's debt is 274.893 million rubles.
Bashmilk agricultural holding was registered in 2016 in Ufa district of Bashkiria. It produced yoghurts, katyk, kefir, butter, pasteurized and ultra-pasteurized milk, ryazhenka, cream, sour cream, cottage cheese under the brands "Kray Kuraya" and "Chestnoe korovje". The holding includes Chekmagushevsky dairy plant, Dyurtyulinsky dairy plant, Sabinsky dairy plant, LLC Milka.
