The court introduced bankruptcy proceedings on the Belgorod-based dairy farms "Oskolskie prostory"
Consideration of the report on the course of bankruptcy proceedings is scheduled for November 23, 2020.
Bankruptcy proceedings in the company were introduced at the request of LLC "Rassvet".
Earlier it was reported that the court found reasonable and included the claims of LLC "Rassvet" in the amount of 427.6 thousand rubles in the third stage of the register of creditors' claims.
The register of creditors also includes LLC “Rusagro-Invest” with the amount of claims of 13.4 million rubles, the Federal tax service of Belgorod region with the amount of claims of 9.5 million rubles, LLC “OilProduct” - 2.6 million rubles, LLC “Agro-Leader” - 2.5 million rubles.
As reported, in August 2017, the court granted the claims of LLC “Rusagro-Invest” for debt collection from JSC “Oskolskie prostory” for the lease and sublease of land plots totaling more than 12 million rubles. Later, General Director of "Oskolskie prostory" Sergey Syryany told Interfax about his intention to apply for self-bankruptcy of the company due to debts for land lease to the holding "Rusagro". According to him, in 2014, he bought a controlling stake in "Oskolskie prostory" from the holding "Rusagro", which decided to get rid of the dairy farm because of its unprofitability. The total number of livestock - 3 thousand cows, including 1 thousand milking cows. However, along with the farm, the company did not get the land necessary to provide livestock with forages, and it had to lease the land from the holding.
According to the "SPARK-Interfax" system, JSC "Oskolskie prostory" was registered in 2000 in Belgorod region and is owned by General Director of the company S.Syryany. The main activity is the breeding of dairy cattle, production of raw milk.
LLC Rassvet is registered in 2013 in Belgorod region, the main type of activity - mixed agriculture. The company is owned by its Director Elena Khokhlova.
LLC “Rusagro-Invest” was registered in 2007 and is a subsidiary of LLC group of companies “Rusagro” (MOEX: RUSA). The main activity is the cultivation of sugar beet.
“Rusagro” is a major producer of sugar, pork, mayonnaise, butter and margarine. The group includes more than 35 agricultural enterprises, 9 sugar factories, an oil extraction plant and a fat plant. The main owner of the company is Vadim Moshkovich's family (71.9%). Free float amounts to 20.8%.
