On Tuesday the court of intellectual rights refused LLC "Agro-industrial holding "Miratorg" (Moscow region) to invalidate the decision of Rospatent of March 28, 2019, which left the protection of the design trademark "A2 Milk" (No. 615570) for the Moscow manufacturer of dairy products and milk LLC "A2 Milk".
According to the website of Rospatent, the disputed trademark is registered on May 5, 2017 until February 2, 2026 for LLC “A2 milk” on a number of classes of International classification of goods and services.
Agro-industrial holding "Miratorg" was founded in 1995. The enterprises of the holding are located in 15 regions of Russia. They carry out a full cycle of production "from the field to the counter". The structure of the holding includes grain companies, feed mills, elevators, pig farms and meat processing enterprises. The owners of the holding are Viktor and Alexander Linnik.
