Arbitration court of Bashkiria refused to recognize the bankruptcy of LLC "Chekmagushevsky dairy plant" (a part of the regional Agroholding "Bashmilk").
"The introduction of monitoring procedures in respect of the limited liability company "Chekmagushevsky dairy plant" (. . .) is rejected. The claim of FTS of Russia represented by Interdistrict IFTS of Russia N30 in the Republic of Bashkortostan on the recognition of the company (. . .) insolvent (bankrupt) is to be left without consideration", - said in a court decision placed in the file of arbitration cases.
As reported, the amount of claims against the debtor was 53,903 million rubles, including 28,563 million rubles of debt on mandatory payments to the budget and state extra-budgetary funds.
