The dairy-production company "Cheese house" will spend 1 million rubles on the introduction of "Mercury"
We will remind that this year all Russian specialized manufacturers should start working in the system "Mercury". In respect of finished dairy products, this rule will take effect since July 1, 2019, for fermented dairy products – since November.
The management of the dairy-production "Cheese house" decided to implement a one-time transferring of all products to the accounting in the new system, completing the process in the middle of the year, without breaking it into stages. The company has experience of work with "Mercury" already, moreover, at the main production site in Belgorod region (LLC Rovenki-Butter and cheese plant) concerning the accepted raw materials this work is going on. One-time investment in the installation of the necessary equipment to connect to the system is about 1 million rubles.
– "Mercury" today, perhaps, is one of the effective measures in the fight against low-quality and unsafe products on the market. This system makes it possible to "restore order" among the producers of dairy products, and among traders, distributors who buy them. All this together will create conditions for proper competition. There is no doubt that in a few years, “Mercury” will allow the buyer to be sure that there are no falsified products on the shelves, – commented Head of the Information technology Department of the dairy-production company "Cheese house" Alexander Myamlin.
