"We have finished the case and admitted violations against the participants of the procurement - "Molochny kit", "Danone Industry" and "Danone trade" (Moscow region, part of Danone group of companies in Russia) - these are large Federal companies. In our opinion, it was about the creation of a cartel in the supply of milk, kefir, baby food in medical institutions of Sverdlovsk region", said D. Shalabodov.
In the materials of the Department of Federal Antimonopoly service it is noted that the Ministry of health of the Sverdlovsk region was the customer of four purchases. In 2015-2017, it concluded state contracts at the highest possible price with the winner of three tenders for the supply of milk "Molochny kit" and the winner of another auction for the supply of kefir "Danone Trade".
