The results of an unscheduled field inspection of the Department of Federal Antimonopoly service in Moscow region showed that in the contracts of JSC "The Seventh continent" they have different discriminatory conditions for suppliers: the requirements on payment of remuneration, requirements to the size and term of payment by the provider of the guarantee amount, as well as the penalties for them, reports The DairyNews with a link to the website of the FAS of Russia.
Thus, all these circumstances put the trade relations in the unequal conditions that violate any applicable laws. The antimonopoly authority initiated proceedings on signs of violation of clause 1 part 1 article 13 of the Federal law "About bases of state regulation of trade activities in the Russian Federation".
