The development of a strategy for promoting dairy products in China has been completed
The audience was presented with the final version of the concept of promoting dairy products on the Chinese market. KPMG consulting company and Ketchum Communications and marketing agency developed the document, the customer was “AgroExport”.
The work was carried out in close contact with the industry community on pre – agreed product categories - milk powder and whey powder, cheeses, drinking milk and yoghurts. The concept provides a comprehensive analysis of the Chinese dairy market, assesses the competitiveness of Russian products on it and suggests target models for export development and the necessary actions for communication promotion. Implementation of the proposed measures will begin after the Concept is submitted to the Ministry of agriculture.
Soyuzmoloko was represented at the meeting by Stefan Duerr, Chairman of the Board of the Union and President of “EkoNiva-APK Holding”, Andrey Shutov, Manager of LLC “Komos Group”, Yevgeny Grebnev, General Director of JSC “Karat” and Artem Belov, General Director of the Union.
