The development of dairy cattle breeding until 2024 was discussed at the Ministry of agriculture
Dzhambulat Khatuov said that in recent years, state support has allowed to ensure a stable increase in milk production in agricultural organizations. To accelerate the pace of development of the industry, it is necessary to continue to implement promising investment projects. In turn, the state promotes the creation and modernization of dairy complexes, compensating part of the costs to investors.
During the meeting, representatives of regional authorities of agriculture reported on the preliminary results of the sub-sector of dairy cattle breeding in the current year and presented their proposals for its development in the medium term.
In conclusion, Dzhambulat Khatuov noted that in order to improve cooperation between the Ministry of agriculture of Russia, agribusiness authorities and producers, such conference calls will be held on a regular basis next year.
