The export of ice cream from Moscow region increased by 43%

The export of ice cream from Moscow region for 5 months of 2021 increased by 43% compared to the same period in 2020, to $958.4 thousand, reports the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Moscow region, citing data from the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation.
‘Since the beginning of this year, ice cream from Moscow region has been exported in the amount of 958.4 thousand dollars. This is 43.4% more compared to the same period last year, when it was sold for 668.43 thousand dollars,’ the report quotes the words of Minister of Agriculture and Food of Moscow region Sergey Voskresensky.
The main importers of ice cream produced in Moscow region were the United States, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Germany, Georgia, Ukraine, Abkhazia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, China and South Ossetia.
The largest ice cream producers in Moscow region are such enterprises as Chistaya Liniya, Froneri Rus, Laguna Coil, Dmitrovsky Dairy Plant, Russky Kholod, Il Mio Morozhenko and others.
