The government ordered to prepare a monthly report on the prices of fuels and lubricants and fertilizers for agroindustrial complex
Such a decision was made at a government meeting on Thursday on the results of the discussion on the preparation for spring field work.
The Ministry of agriculture, the Ministry of industry and trade, the Ministry of transport and FAS were instructed to hold a meeting with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on the price of mineral fertilizers.
In addition, the Ministry of agriculture, together with the relevant Executive authorities, should prepare a conference call with Dmitry Medvedev on spring field work in 2019 by April 18.
Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Gordeyev has been entrusted with coordinating this work.
The government also recommended the Executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to provide timely and qualitative carrying out of seasonal field works, paying particular attention to the provision of farmers with financial resources, seeds, fuel and lubricants and mineral fertilizers, to ensure timely delivery of state support means to farmers, to intensify the entry of unused agricultural land into crop rotation scheme, to ensure the effective operation of the irrigation and drainage systems and prepare them for the growing season of 2019.
In addition, it was ordered to develop and send to the Ministry of agriculture the scheme of organization of works on liming and phosphorite application of cultivated areas in 2019-2024, to carry out a set of measures to ensure fire safety on agricultural land and agricultural facilities.
