The government proposed to withdraw equipment from violators of technical regulations
In addition, the Government considers it inappropriate to transfer the powers of the Rospotrebnadzor for control (supervision) in the field of food quality and safety to the Rosselkhoznadzor.
Ministry of digital development, communications and mass media, the Ministry of agriculture, the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation, the Rospotrebnadzor and the Rosselkhoznadzor, together with the concerned Federal Executive authorities have been instructed to work out the issue of unification and compatibility of state information systems administered by the Ministry of industry and trade, the Rospotrebnadzor and the Rosselkhoznadzor.
To report on results to the Government of the Russian Federation with the draft of the corresponding action plan till January 24, 2019.
The Ministry of industry and trade, the Ministry of agriculture, Ministry of digital development, communications and mass media, the Rospotrebnadzor, the Rosselkhoznadzor, taking into account the results of the study on the unification and compatibility of state information systems administered by the Ministry of industry and trade of Russia, the Rospotrebnadzor and the Rosselkhoznadzor, must ensure the compatibility of information systems used for traceability of agricultural products, raw materials and food under the Ministry of industry and trade of Russia, the Rosselkhoznadzor and the Rospotrebnadzor, as well as the unification of requirements for the volume and list of information, subject to storage, processing and transmission, data exchange formats used in the interaction of these systems.
To report to the Government of the Russian Federation on results till April 22, 2019.
The Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation together with concerned Federal Executive authorities must submit to the Government of the Russian Federation the coordinated offers on entering into the legislation of the Russian Federation the changes providing carrying out checks on the basis of the data received from the information systems used for traceability of agricultural products, raw materials and the food till December 18, 2018.
The Ministry of agriculture, the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation together with concerned Federal Executive authorities must submit proposals on strengthening of administrative responsibility for violation of requirements of technical regulations for food products., including the ones on establishment of measures of administrative responsibility in the form of withdrawal of the processing equipment used for production of food products agreed with the interdepartmental working group on implementation of the Strategy of improvement of quality of food products in the Russian Federation till 2030 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2016 No. 1364-p,to the Government of the Russian Federation till December 20, 2018.
