The Group of companies "Foodland" modernized a cheese factory in Rostov region at 500 million rubles
According to him, sources of financing of the reconstruction were own and attracted funds. Modernization was carried out since December last year.
"We used to work in semi-automatic mode, now we are working largely in automatic mode. In addition, hygiene of production has been improved, there was purchased equipment that allows us to remove not useful bacteria from raw milk", - he said.
In the framework of reconstruction of the enterprise there were replaced eight cheese tubs with a capacity of 10 tons each to six manufacturers of cheese for 15 tons each of Bertsch (Austria) trade mark, there was purchased other equipment, produced mainly by German companies. As a result of modernization, milk processing capacity increased by 30%, from 440 tons per day (in 2017 - IF) to 560 tons.
In addition, the modernization will allow expanding the range of products. "If earlier we produced cheeses, which are formed only in bulk, for example, the Russian "Tilsiter", now we will produce cheeses, which are formed from the layer under the loading of whey - "Maasdam", "Gouda", "Golandsky"," - said A. Dachnovich.
He noted that the adjusting of the equipment will continue for another 2-3 months.
In the future, it is planned to automate the processes of forming, pressing and packing of cheese.
Since this year raw materials to the plant will be supplied not only from Rostov, but also from Voronezh region.
The first Deputy Governor of Rostov region Viktor Goncharov noted that last year the plant purchased 85 thousand tons of raw materials, 70-80% of which were delivered by private farms of the region. In 2018 it is planned to buy 100-110 thousand tons of milk.
In 2017 the plant produced more than 11.5 thousand tons of cheese (growth of 1.4 times compared to 2016) , 5,4 thousand tons of whey powder (growth of 35%), 1 thousand tons of butter (growth of 1.7 times).
JSC "Cheese factory" Semikarakorsky " specializes in the production of hard and soft cheeses, demineralized whey powder, butter and spreads. According to the SPARK-Interfax system, 100% of the authorized capital of JSC belongs to Gaik Martirosyan.
Semikarakorsky cheese factory along with Elanskiy butter and cheese factory (Volgograd region) is a part of the Group of companies "Foodland" (Moscow).
In 2017 Semikarakorsky factory received revenue in the amount of 3 billion rubles (a decrease of 3.1% compared to 2016), net profit 31 million rubles (an increase of 10.4%).
