The companies "Bashmilk" and "Sava" plan to invest nearly 13 billion rubles in new dairy farms in the Republic of Bashkortostan, reports The DairyNews.
In particular, "BASHMILK-AGRO" intends to implement an investment project in Bakaly district. The plans include the construction of dairy farms for 10 thousand cows. The cost of the project is 9 billion rubles. It is planned to create about 300 new jobs.
The company "SAVA Agro Usen" plans to build a dairy complex for 4800 cows in Tuymazy district. The planned cost of the investment project is 3.8 billion rubles.
"SAVA Agro Usen" is part of the Bashkir group "Sava", specializing in meat processing. The company also plans to breed animals of meat breeds. 50% in "Sava-Agro-Usen" belongs to Azat Kagirov, 38% - to Vladimir Pavlov (Director of the meat-packing plant "Sava") and Alexandr Pavlov, 5% and 6.88% - to Ruzil Gabidullin and Andrey Davydkin. "Sava" bought the controlling stake of Tuymazinskiy dairy plant from the group PepsiCo in September 2014, registering it as LLC “Sava-moloko”. Later Azat Kagirov became the main owner of "Sava-moloko".
"Bashmilk" is the large Bashkir agricultural holding, including milk processing capacity in Chekmagush and Diurtiuli. It is developing the brands "Krai kuraya", "Chestnoye korovye", it also manufactures bakery products under the brand name "Edok" on the site in Birsk. The main owner is Alexander Nikitin.
The agreements on the implementation of these investment projects were signed at the St. Petersburg international economic forum-2018.
