The holding “Molvest” introduced an ultrasound cheese slicing line at a plant in Voronezh region for 63 million rubles - authorities
Investments in the launch of the production line amounted to 63 million rubles.
It is noted that the new equipment allowed to expand the product range of packaged goods produced at the plant.
"The equipment for the new line was purchased in France and Italy. It allows you to cut packaged goods with a fixed weight of 200, 300 grams and 1 kg using an ultrasonic knife", the report says.
"Molvest" has acquired a cheese plant in Kalach district in 2010. The company carried out repairs and partial modernization at the enterprise, re-equipped the old facilities and built new ones. In Kalacheevsky factory there was opened production for the processing of whey. The production capacity of the plant is 600 tons of raw whey per day, in terms of finished products - 3 tons of whey protein concentrate per day.
“Molvest” holding was founded in 2006 on the basis of JSC "Voronezhsky Dairy plant". It is one of the leading producers of dairy products in the Central black earth region of Russia. Currently, the company processes more than 480 thousand tons of milk per year. The company includes eight processing plants, four dairy mega complexes, eight dairy farms, feed mills and a chain of branded stores. The company produces and sells more than 200 types of dairy products, including products under the brands "Vkusnoteevo", "Fruate", "Nezhny vozrast (Tender age)", "Ivan Poddubny" and others.
