Lyudmila Manitskaya also noted that regarding the labeling of dairy products, its integration with Mercury will increase efficiency and improve traceability.

‘It is important that the labeling conditions are the same for all manufacturers, and all of them are in equal conditions set by the current Government Decree No. 2099 dated 12/15/2020,’ she added.

Nevertheless, as Lyudmila Manitskaya noted, there are now a number of problems with the introduction of labeling of dairy products. Among them, she mentions the growing withdrawal, the decrease in equipment performance, increasing in the block of investment costs, and in addition, the computing power of integrators cannot cope with the flows of transmitted information.

‘This number of problems - financial, technical, organizational, - must be solved. Our medium and small enterprises need special support and serious training: they are the majority, but they do not have as many resources as international giants,’ she added.
