The Kolkhoz (collective farm) named after Lenin in Kasimov district of Ryazan region, plans to start up a new dairy complex this year, installing 6 milking robots for 400 heads of cattle. The company also plans to establish its own milk processing with a small capacity, reports The DairyNews.
The first 6 milking robots for 330 heads were installed at Kolkhoz named after Lenin in 2015.
In 2017, the daily milk yield at Kolkhoz named after Lenin has reached 40 tons of milk per day. In the near future, the company plans to open a new dairy complex with 6 milking robots for 400 heads of cattle, it also plans to establish its own milk processing plant with a small capacity.
According to the Russian Dairy Research Center (RDRC), Kolkhoz named after Lenin takes the fourth place by volume of milk production in Ryazan region, receiving annually 13402 tons.
By the results of 2016 Kolkhoz named after Lenin in Kasimov district took the first place in the ranting of agricultural enterprises for productivity of cows, which was compiled by experts of the Ministry of agriculture and food of Ryazan region.
We will remind that the total investment in agriculture of Ryazan region in 2017 will be more than 4 billion rubles.
