The law on examination of breeding products by regions came into force

The powers of the Federal and regional executive authorities in the field of livestock breeding have been adjusted. The relevant law came into force on August 13.
In particular, the document assigns to the constituent entities of the Federation the right to examine breeding products and to issue breeding certificates. Now the absence of such powers significantly complicates breeding work.
Also in the document there is registered the norm establishing the basis for refusal in the state registration of pedigree animals and breeding herds.
For example, such a basis would be the failure to submit data that are subject to inclusion in the state book of pedigree animals and the state breeding register by citizens or legal entities engaged in breeding.
