The law on postponement of EVC to July 1, 2019 was sent to the Federation Council
As follows from the message on the website of the State Duma, the deputies decided to adopt the law. The document has been sent to the Federation Council.
According to the information of the automated system of ensuring legislative activity, the document is proposed to be supplemented with the article of the following content: "...make 15) the following changes: 1) part 2 after the words "with part 21" add with words "and with part 3"; 2) in part 3 of the word "until July 1, 2018" replace with words "until July 1, 2019".; b) article 6 shall be considered article 7."
It should be reminded that at present part 3 of the article mentioned reads as follows: until July 1, 2018, the registration of veterinary accompanying documents for controlled goods, for which veterinary accompanying documents were not issued until the date of entry into force of this Federal law, is not done or done in electronic form at the request of the owner of these controlled goods.
Thus, it is proposed to postpone the introduction of EVC on July 1, 2019 for products for which veterinary accompanying documents were not issued.
In late June, the Ministry of agriculture issued an order, according to which the finished dairy products were removed from the list of controlled goods, which should be accompanied with veterinary certificates. In general, the electronic veterinary certification of supervised products in Russia started to operate since 1 July 2018.
