The market of exchange dairy products will be discussed at the trading section of the XI Dairy Olympics
– In our country, there are not so many enterprises that are engaged in the production of skim milk powder, so the emergence of new players on the market in this area is a positive phenomenon. The difficulty is that the domestic skim milk powder in this case will compete with imported raw materials, and that’s not necessarily that the Russian manufacturer in such a confrontation will win, – commented the leading analyst of the Russian Dairy Research Center (RDRC) Ekaterina Zakharova.
Rick Luters, Managing Director of "Trigona Dairy Trade", Brian Rice, General Director of "Rice Dairy", Sergey Kovalkov, General Director of the Group of companies PRODINVEST, Mikhail Mishchenko, Director of the Russian Dairy Research Center (RDRC) are invited to take part in the debate about prices on the market of exchange dairy products.
We will remind that the XI Dairy Olympics will be held in St. Petersburg from 26 to 29 May. The event will bring together key domestic and foreign experts of the dairy industry.
