According to the document, the contract includes provisions for the examination of products purchased at the expense of budget funds. In order to prevent the possibility of falsification, the delivered goods will be checked for quality and safety.
According to the press service of Soyuzmoloko, to check the delivered goods, the customers will conduct an examination on their own or with the involvement of independent experts. According to representatives of the Union, their initiative will help to combat violations in public procurement.
"In recent years, the state has done a lot of work to combat dishonest producers who mislead consumers about the composition of products, as well as to separate dairy products on the shelves from others", explained Artem Belov, General Director of Soyuzmoloko. "We managed to minimize the problem in retail, and now we are actively working in the segment of social nutrition”.
When approving a standard contract, social institutions will be able to follow these recommendations and have the right to confirm the quality of their dairy products by laboratory methods.
In the future, industry experts intend to seek the allocation of funds for research.
"We hope that this standard contract will be one of the first steps towards achieving the goal of excluding the possibility to purchase products that do not meet the requirements of Technical Regulations for food products at the expense of budget funds", said in the press service of the Kubanmoloko Association.
