The support of Russian export of agroindustrial complex will require financing in the amount of RUB 11.5 billion from 2017 to 2020. This was reported to journalists by the Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev on the sidelines of the exhibition "Golden autumn-2016".
Currently, the Federal agriculture Department developed a draft program "Development of export of agricultural products", emphasized the Minister at the exhibition, saying that support for export remains a priority for the development of agriculture.
The priority export markets for Russian products remain China, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, and key commodities are meat and meat edible offal, cereals, products of milling and oil industries and food supply, said the Minister.
"We will create the export environment and the system of export support of agricultural products of world level, as well as stimulate the production of competitive products on the world markets for their export in the required quantities at world prices", - said Alexander Tkachev.
As The DairyNews already reported, in the opinion of Mr. Tkachev, the policy of restricting imports of food from other countries is correct and should continue. According to the Minister, this measure also helped to target Russian agriculture on export deliveries.
