The Ministry of agriculture proposed to simplify farmers' access to markets
According to the initiative, it is proposed to free the heads and members of peasant farm holdings, as well as citizens who are engaged in private farms or in horticulture, vegetable growing and animal husbandry, from the obligatory presence of the seller's card and provide them with trading places at universal markets under contracts of a simplified form. The Ministry of agriculture has already received a positive response to this bill in the Government of the Russian Federation. In February this year it was adopted by the State Duma in the first reading.
According to Oksana Lut, the removal of administrative barriers will reduce the time and financial costs of small farmers associated with the sale of goods, expand the range and increase the volume of farm products in the markets.
Also during the award ceremony "Business Success" Deputy Minister presented the award in the category "Best agricultural project". Its owner was the company "Echo" - a manufacturer of pickles and ready-to-use products from Nizhny Novgorod region. The company, which operates on the Russian market since 2003, today supplies its products not only to large trading networks, but also abroad. Thus, the company has already shipped the first batches of sauerkraut to Canada and Australia. The nomination "The Best agricultural project" is aimed at promoting agricultural labor and entrepreneurship in the field of agriculture.
As noted by Oksana Lut, every year the state increases the volume of support for small businesses in rural areas. Currently, peasant farm holdings are included into all existing measures of state support for agriculture, including a "single" subsidy, concessional lending, a subsidy to compensate direct costs incurred for the construction and modernization of agricultural facilities, unrelated support in the field of crop production.
Within the framework of the national project "Small and medium entrepreneurship and support of individual entrepreneurship initiative" there approved the Federal project "Creation of a system of support for farmers and development of rural cooperation". To implement this project it is planned to allocate about 37.4 billion rubles from the Federal budget by 2024, of which almost 7.4 billion rubles will be allocated this year.
