The Ministry of agriculture published an updated Plan of preferential crediting

According to the updated plan limits for preferential short-term crediting to dairy cattle have been increased - 1.31 billion rubles.

The limit on investment loans in the direction of "dairy cattle" remained the same - 1.36 billion rubles.

Earlier, The DairyNews reported that in early August the Government approved amendments to the Rules of preferential crediting. The document expands the terms of reference of constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the implementation of the mechanism of preferential crediting. In particular, the regions will independently set the maximum size of the preferential short-term credit to one borrower in their territory. According to the new paper the concept of a small form of farming includes not only farm holdings and agricultural consumer cooperatives, but also economic societies, business partnerships and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the production and processing of agricultural products and production cooperatives engaged in procurement of agricultural raw material whose annual income for the reporting financial year does not exceed 120 million rubles.

According to the new edition of Rules of preferential crediting and by proposals of the authorized banks, borrowers, industrial unions and associations, the borrower is granted the right to move to the reduced rate on a short-term credit received after July 1, 2017 in an authorized bank at a commercial rate and the possibility of refinancing of previously signed preferential investment credit since 1 January2018.
