"The Ministry of agriculture expects that the document on the inclusion of the "pilot" part of finished dairy products into the system “Mercury” since July 1 this year, and the main part since November 1, will be adopted in April - May", she said.
The relevant documents are currently being approved by the Federal authorities.

On February 22 the Ministry of agriculture published a draft order, according to which the finished dairy products will be included in the electronic veterinary certification system "Mercury" since July 1, and for yogurt and kefir certification will start on November 1. It is planned that since July, the system of electronic certification will include milk, condensed and non-condensed cream and whey, butter, milk pastes, cheeses and cottage cheese. Buttermilk, curdled milk and cream, yogurt, kefir and other fermented milk and cream will start to be certified since November.
