As Oleg Malashchenko, Deputy Chairman of the government of Leningrad region, said on Wednesday, the plant of the company Molochnaya Kultura, which will produce soft cheeses, is scheduled to be put into operation in the region on November 1, writes The DairyNews.
The volume of production at the plant is not specified, but the official noted that taking into account the opening of the plant, it will be possible to produce about 8 thousand tons of cheese per year.
‘Today, our main task within the dairy industry is to create conditions for milk processing. On November 1, we plan to put into operation the plant of the company Molochnaya Kultura, which will produce about 8 thousand tons of soft cheeses per year,’ Oleg Malashchenko said.
