The restriction on subsidizing the purchase of imported breeding cattle has been removed in Moscow region

As it became known at a press-conference of Head of the Ministry of agriculture and food of Moscow region Andrey Razin, this year the restriction on subsidizing the purchase of imported breeding cattle in Moscow region had been removed, reports The DairyNews from the event.
"For example, TH True Milk will receive a relevant reimbursement for the purchase of imported cattle, the first batch is planned to be delivered in November-December in 2017," said Razin.
He also said that this year there was launched a measure of state support for modernization of dairy farms for total amount of 160 million rubles, which implies 50% compensation of the equipment cost for old farms. In the beginning of the year 10 dairy farms were planned to be modernized, however, there are 16 objects at the moment. By the end of this year more than 3 thousand stalls will be commissioned. This support measure will be extended for 3 years.
