The revenue of EkoNiva amounted to 21 billion rubles in the first half of the year
The growth of the revenue of the holding in euros amounted to 12% (235 million).
The total income of EkoNiva in rubles for January-June increased by 20%, to 31 billion rubles. In addition, last year, in the first six months, the Group earned 336 million euros, this year - 343 million euros.
EBITDA of the holding amounted to 130 million euros, as in the first 6 months of 2020. In rubles, this indicator increased by 14% and reached 11.6 billion rubles.
On Monday, it became known that there were serious corporate disagreements between the founder of the company EkoNiva, the largest milk producer in Russia, Stefan Durr, and Rosselkhozbank. The owner challenged in court the agreements under which the company's creditor, Rosselkhozbank, could buy out shares in the business at par.
We also reported earlier that EkoNiva, the largest producer of raw milk in Russia, produced more than 1 million tons of milk in the four quarters ended June 30. Thus, the company became the first in the country to overcome the million milestone.
