The Rospotrebnadzor has prepared recommendations for catering companies with the gradual abolition of restrictions
As follows from the document, at the stage of gradual exit of citizens from the self-isolation regime, public catering enterprises with an area of no more than 50 square meters will operate, under the condition that no more than 5 tables with 1-2 seats are installed in the dining room (the distance between the tables must be at least 1 meter). Mass events (banquets, commemorations, etc.) are prohibited. The work of enterprises is carried out with the use of disposable dishes or with the use of reusable ones with mandatory disinfection.
If there is a steady decline in cases of the disease in the region, it will be allowed to operate public catering establishments with a maximum of 20 seats, while maintaining social distance (the distance between tables is not less than 1 meter). Mass events are allowed if tables for 1-2 people are placed at a distance of at least 1 meter, follows from the recommendations of the Supervisory authority.
In case of a regular situation (absence of COVID-19 diseases in the region and a persistent downward trend in the country), all enterprises will work.
We remind that according to estimates, the drop in turnover in the restaurant food sector is from 60 to 80%.
