The Rospotrebnadzor will open a hotline because of the new rules for the sale of dairy products
Consideration of appeals (complaints) of citizens is a priority in the activities of the Rospotrebnadzor.
Specialists of the Rospotrebnadzor departments for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation will advise everyone by phone of the Unified consulting center on issues related to the new rules of calculation; consumer actions, if dairy products are mixed on the shelf and the choice is difficult and registration of claims (complaints) for the quality and safety of services provided.
Operators of the Unified consulting center will provide uninterrupted reception of calls, initial consultation, as well as, to redirect applicants on specific issues to other territorial bodies of the Rospotrebnadzor.
The Unified consulting center operates around the clock, by phone 8 800 555 49 43 (toll free), seven days a week in Russian and English.
