The Rosselkhoznadzor called the proportion of falsification detected during the 11 months of 2018
"In the period from 01.01.2018 to 30.11.2018 the Rosselkhoznadzor did laboratory tests of 26 167 batches of animal products and feed for compliance with the qualitative composition declared by the manufacturer. According to the results of the research it was revealed that 4 184 (15.99%) batches did not correspond to the qualitative composition declared by the manufacturer," the Rosselkhoznadzor said.
The Rosselkhoznadzor also reported that the falsification was found in 22% of the tested dairy products, in 28% of meat, in 7.14% of honey, in 4.75% of feed, in 1.19% of fish.
