The Rosselkhoznadzor will apply to law enforcement authorities with the request to check dairy traders

As it was reported by the official representative of the Rosselkhoznadzor Julia Melano, the Agency intends to apply to law enforcement authorities with a request to check Russian dairy producers who are consumers of raw materials from Belarus, reports the DairyNews, citing information of TASS.
According to Melano, it is necessary to find out whether some of the Russian companies produce falsified dairy products.
"The Rosselkhoznadzor will submit to the competent authorities a list of Russian traders and the recipients of the Belarusian raw materials, which, in the opinion of the service, may be involved in the production of falsified dairy products in Russia when they use poor quality Belarusian dairy raw materials", - stated Melano, explaining that without the ability to follow products coming from Belarus, the Rosselkhoznadzor considers it necessary to inspect Russian traders and recipients of Belarusian raw milk.
The DairyNews reminds that the Rosselkhoznadzor sent a letter on export of low-quality Belarusian products to Rospotrebnadzor.
