The September IFCN conference will be dedicated to the digitalization of the dairy industry

According to IFCN, most of the key challenges and problems (low margins, eroding image of milk & lack of consumer trust, problems in building sustainable supply chains) can be solved through digitalization, which offers a wide range of opportunities and simplifies interaction between market participants.

Philip Goetz, Head of Product Development at IFCN, told us more about what the attendees of the conference will get:

IFCN underlined that the dairy industry is not alone in trying to learn new rules of a rapidly changing future. The main theme of the event is “How to design the future dairy world?”. Participation is an opportunity to learn how other industries responded and succeeded in paving a new path and to hear leaders creating new and compelling ways forward.
