"All supervisory activities are accompanied by high-tech methods of research of dairy products, which are actively implemented in the activities of the Agency. The vertically integrated system of supervision and laboratory control built in bodies and establishments of the Rospotrebnadzor allows to provide effective control along the whole chain (from the production site to the consumer) on safety and quality of the food products circulating in the consumer market and to apply measures of expeditious response simultaneously in all subjects of the Russian Federation", - commented in a press-service of the Rospotrebnadzor.

For example, in Moscow region in the study of 99 samples in the category of cheese 6 samples were falsified with vegetable fats.
