The statement of Molvest on violation of requirements in the study of dairy products was commented on in Roskachestvo
We will remind, the company “Molvest” declared that Roskachestvo violated requirements of regulatory documents regarding carrying out research of dairy products within 4 hours after sampling.
"From the moment of purchase to the transfer to the logistics company, the products were stored by a certified specialist, which is documented and the manufacturer was notified about it, storage was carried out within the required temperature regime. So, according to the documents, right after purchase the sample was delivered to Department of examinations where experts made procedure of depersonalization of the sample and provided storage conditions, - noted in Roskachestvo. - Further, the samples were transferred (27.06.2019) to the logistics company and placed in refrigerated boxes with a temperature sensor.
