Tkachev: the production of milk in peasant farm holdings for nine months increased by 8%

This was announced by the Head of the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation in his speech at the V All-Russian Congress of agricultural cooperatives, reports The DairyNews.
The volume of milk production in farm holdings in January — September 2017 rose by 8%, said Minister of agriculture of Russia Alexander Tkachev.
"For the first nine months of the current year milk production in agricultural organizations increased by 3%, and in farm holdings - by 8%," he said.
The Minister noted that last year faster dynamics of milk production was also observed; in the farm holdings it grew by 6%, in the agricultural organizations — by 2%.
