JSC "Turovsky dairy plant" plans to increase cheese production to 30 thousand tons in 2020. This will be achieved by increasing sales volumes in all markets where the company operates, learned BelTA from the company.

Cheese production volumes of TDP are constantly growing. If in 2017, 10.5 thousand tons of cheese came off the conveyor, and by the end of 2019 - almost 22 thousand tons of cheese, the plans for 2020 are to produce and deliver about 30 thousand tons to consumers. "Currently, we produce an average of 75 tons of cheese per day", said at Turovsky dairy plant.

The 2nd production line, opened in 2018, gave new opportunities and helped expand the potential. For example, we have started producing a wide range of soft cheeses in large packages (buckets) of 2 kg, 5 kg and 11 kg. This allows us to develop deliveries of products to the HoReCa segment (the so-called hospitality segment that combines cafes, restaurants, tourist and hotel businesses). "Such batches are ordered by food service companies and organizations: pizzerias, bars, restaurants. We produce semi-hard cheeses of the Italian category in the new 2.6 kg package format, but also other European varieties - Edam, Gouda and Suluguni. If there is a demand, we respond. We make exactly what consumers want", said in the company.

In 2018, the increase in sales volumes was 42%, at the end of 2019 – 46%, in 2020, the goal is to add at least 35%. This requires competent decisions in all key areas of the business strategy, said at TDP.

Priority export directions for the company remain the capacious Russian market, as well as the countries of the Asia-Pacific region. Products are supplied to 16 countries.

JSC "Turovsky dairy plant" is a modern high-tech enterprise for the production of semi-hard and soft cheeses using Italian technologies. It was launched in 2013.
