Two types of cheeses and cottage cheese were among the best Belarusian products
The winners of the contest "Best goods of the Republic of Belarus" were chosen based on the results of 2019. The recognized flagship of the industry has traditionally become the best among dairy producers. The winners were semi-hard Finnish cheese "Brest-Litovsk" and cottage cheese "Light". The latter was also selected as the "new product of the year". For both products "Savushkin product" received the award - "Stable quality".
In addition to cheeses, experts evaluated other dairy products. The two-layer cottage cheese "Soft tender" with fruit filling also became "The best product of Belarus".
"The dairy industry, which is so strong in Belarus, does not stand still. Our consumers are attracted to new tastes, new types and textures. Last year we brought about a hundred new products to the market. To stay in the trend, we do not stop in our development and continue to develop products that have not been on our market yet. Moreover, when they are recognized as the "best goods of the Republic of Belarus", we understand that we are moving in the right direction. Now it is not enough to produce a high-quality product – you also need to surprise the customer", explains Elena Babkina, Director of public relations at the company “Savushkin product”.
